Matt Moran has designed a seasonal menu at CHISWICK ideal for sharing. Ingredients from the kitchen garden are incorporated in the menu, reflecting the integrity of the produce. The wood fired oven is an integral part of the kitchen and is featured in many of the dishes on our menus.
The bar at CHISWICK is ideal for drinks with friends or a meal, and the full menu is available at the bar. Our cocktail list ranges from classic to contemporary with a focus on fresh ingredients using fruit and herbs from our kitchen garden. It also features a selection of boutique beers, pitchers and homemade sodas.
The wine list created by Matt Dunne, offers a balanced selection of wines from around Australia and the world, representing the best of new and old wines with a focus on the boutique wineries and many that practice in organic and biodynamic viticulture. The CHISWICK wine list received the 2013 and 2014 national award for 'best small list' at Australia's Wine List of the Year Awards.
